Trouble Tickets
In order to streamline support requests and better serve our clients, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number helps us maintain a complete archive and history of all support requests. A valid email address is required.
We do not offer phone-based technical support. Online support through ticketing allows us to send and receive support documentation which can help resolve issues more quickly and efficiently.
Login Problems – Most Common Issues
If you are having a problem logging in and are being prompted to re-enter your password, please verify that you are using your full email address as the username for both the incoming and outgoing mailservers in your email client and in webmail. Additionally, if your incoming and outgoing server names are set to “pop.iquest.net” or “smtp.iquest.net”, please change those to “mail.iquest.net”.

If your mail settings are correct but you are still unable to login, please check your account status by logging into the Customer Account Center at https://my.graysmark.net and verify your account is up to date with no outstanding invoices.
How To Stop Avast Antivirus (AVG) From Blocking Webmail
If Avast blocks the webmail site, you can add an exception to access it using the following steps:
- Open Avast on your computer and go to the Avast dashboard
- Click Menu, then click Settings, then under the General tab, click Exceptions
- Click Add Exception, then enter “https://webmail.iquest.net” and/or “https://webmail.lightbound.com”
- Click Add Exception to save the URL
The webmail site should be accessible now.

The customer account center allows you to manage your account, including viewing invoices, billing and payment options, and more. It can be accessed by going to https://my.graysmark.net.
