Graysmark Completes Acquisition Of LightBound Hosting

Graysmark Business Systems, a strategic leader in business consulting, systems integration, and managed services, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the LightBound hosting and email assets from Everstream Solutions. This transaction allows Graysmark to expand its portfolio of service offerings to include hosted email and commercial webhosting solutions.

In 2019, LightBound was acquired by Dallas-based Databank Holdings who then divested the LightBound fiber/CLEC/hosting/email assets to Everstream Solutions.

“We are excited to welcome the former LightBound customers to the Graysmark family and look forward to serving their needs for years to come,” remarked Christopher Gray, Managing Director of Graysmark. “This acquisition will also help increase our footprint of offering world class products and services to an expanding range of residential and business consumers.”
